Skipped over to shredded ninja HIIT. Just needed to jump today. Week 2 day 2 or 3 actually of AAC. I can’t do double unders or criss cross to save my life! Definitely need to practice those. Southpaw is coming along. Keep crushing it JRD fam!

Week 1 was great! Loving every workout. I always feel so good after each workout. Starting week 2 strong with the squat pyramid. I usually hate squats, but love this workout.

Decided to move on to day 4 of AAC and do day three over the weekend. Great workout as always. Decided to practice the southpaw. I think I’m getting it! Well still need to practice the other side. I’m definitely getting better at sprinting. I love seeing improvements. Hope everyone is doing well.

No idea where I’m supposed to post, so I’ll post twice: Day 2 done! I got confused between the instructions and the video. So ended up doing squats the full 30 seconds each time lol. Still a great workout and as always, I feel amazing after.

Day 1 of AAC done! This was a fun workout! I think I say this about every JRD workout lol. Happy Monday JRD fam. Let’s crush this week!

Goals for this challenge: I simply want to lean out, get better at jumping rope and become more athletic and fluid. I just started jumping rope earlier this year, started the way Dan recommends and just did a few minutes a couple of times a week. I actually started with the ropeless version. I was doing a kettlebell program at the beginning of the year. Once I finished that, I switched to a one month JRD program, got hooked, then just finished my first full JRD program last week and now doing this challenge. I’m definitely liking the physique I’m developing with jump rope and body weight training. So I’ve decided to commit fully to jump rope training.

So excited for this!

I’ve been running both apps on my phone without a problem. But you do need a subscription to the Crossrope app in order for the AMP counter to work, if that’s what you’re asking.

Honestly, the only reason I bought them is because I’m aiming to get into the million jump club. I figured a screenshot of the number on the Crossrope app is easier to do and leaves no room for questioning. The live leaderboard, badges and calorie burn are a bonus.
