Just threw my name in the hat for the JRD Max transformation. For me its not winning any of the prices, it’s the ‘pressure’ to follow through.
This time around I’ve decided to track some body measurements along with my weight to what kind of progress I’m making. Going to check in four times once after each month.
Over all goal is to reduce waist circumference and shed some body fat. Total weight is less important. And of cause just feeling better in my body…
Using the U.S. Navy Method to determine BF% have me at 25.3% ,which seems about right. So the overall goal is to get down to about 14% body fat which is 10.8kg of fat.
Not sure I’ll reach that goal during the 3 months of JRD Max (about a 900 calorie daily deficit) but it the journey and not the destination, right.. Developing that mindset that sets you up to #DoTheThing 💪🏻
