  • 5 min step ups (w/ 50-lb ruck)
  • 1 min rest
  • 4 min step ups
  • 1 min rest
  • 3 min step ups
  • 1 min rest
  • 2 min step ups

Then the Power Jump workout.

That's the face you make after: OUCH.

Some days the "intensity" is just to keep the rope moving.
