Just started today, doing 7 day beginner first. I’m fat and out of shape big time. First time exercising after kidney transplant. Planning on turning that around. My butt is on fire after doing day 1. Couldn’t keep up with video I was having to stop with around 8 seconds left. The workout was fun I enjoyed it. Definitely sticking with it. Not sure how y’all how y’all track it yet. But will keep researching.
