Crushed an abs workout with Brandon this morning. Then did a bunch of double unders just cuz. I can now regularly do 50 consecutive DUs with the quarter-pound rope. I did a bunch with the half-pound for the first time and got over 20. Then got cocky and tried with the three-quarter pounder and was like helllllll no lol. Have a great day, peeps! βπ»πͺπ
