M1D4 of the heavy ropes all done! I knew I wasn’t going to make it to 3000 skips with the 1lb, so I made a goal of making it to 2000 skips with the 1lb and I surpassed my goal! 2300 skips over the duration of the workout! Did sets of 50 jumps with small breaks, and somehow counted it all in my head. Hope everyone is putting their skips in for the day! 💪🏻
