M3D3 of the heavy rope program was exactly how I thought it’d be. I didn’t want to underestimate that workout!

I really wanted to hit all sets of 100 with the 1 pounder, so I went at my own pace - Lord knows I’d never keep up with Dan 😅- and I’m pumped that I was able to do that many sets of 100! 🔥 I was about 5 minutes behind Dan, so I’m glad my workout didn’t stretch on too much longer. That recovery day tomorrow is going to feel aaaahh-mazing! Happy Friday dudes and dudettes!
