M3W2D5 JR&D. 2nd round completed. Using more weight AND 1/2 lb rope.

Looking for more from same workout. STOP TAKING THE BREAKS DURING JUMP ROPE PORTION. Definitely adds to the workout.

2 more weeks and 2nd round using only 1/2 lb rope and heavier weight will be done.
I also comp,eyed a 100,000 skips challenge in June.
