Managed to lose weight while in Porto for the high jump competition. And tbh I wasn’t eating great. Lots of red meat, eggs, and cheese. Which is fine but not for every meal haha. Not enough fruits and veggies (which I’ll make up for when I go home). The key was just not overeating and burning a massive amount of cals walking and skipping each day. Again, nutrients matter. But don’t forget it’s simply a matter of creating a calorie deficit. No matter how much you jump.
