Hello JRD FAM-O-LEE:
I need some advice 😩. I'm extremely overweight and love to jump rope. I just started getting back into it less than a month ago. I have not been able to jump for like 2 days because my knees hurt so bad. Anyone have any good advice for me? Any remedy to help subside the pain. I jump inside my house on an exercise mat and jump rope mat on top of that. I wear very cushiony sneaks and I warm up beforehand. 🤷🏾♀️ Any advice for a novice?
