My routine has been extremely calculated recently. With the main goal of increasing my endurance and aerobic capacity to be able to swim / paddle / surf better. I want to continue getting more comfortable in bigger and bigger waves. So lately itβs been 3 30 minute intense jump rope workouts per week. Doing sets of 200 skips and sprinting that last 70/80 of each set. Surprising bc Iβm only doing 3 a week but focusing on more intensity and then other ways of moving. 100 pushups now only 1-2x per week. 60 pull-ups 3x per week. Trying to surf at least 4/5x per week which is all upper body / paddling. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
