I got one yesterday and was thinking… i think that these can be good source of nutrients AFTER a very intense workout. However, I feel that popular culture overstates how healthy açaí bowls actually are. They have a ton of sugar which isn’t great especially if you’re eating them and not exercising. Also extremely high in calories (checkout all the almond butter). So In conclusion, I like having them every now and then after and intense workout but if you’re struggling to lose weight and you’re eating these high calorie açaí bowls everyday that might have something to do with it.
