Hello everyone, I am new here. I ended week four of the 90 day weight loss challenge and completed the 7 day jump rope challenge. So I have been jump roping for 5 weeks, only skipping one workout. I have almost completely eliminated processed foods, focusing on whole foods. In the last two weeks, I have limited my alcohol intake to one night a week. Although I have noticed some definite changes in my body and am starting to see some muscle definition. My clothes are starting to fit a little better as well. However, I have not lost any weight! I lost about three pounds after about 3 weeks in, however, that was temporary, I am back at square one with my weight and it is super frustrating. Is this normal, should I be concerned? I have a 20 pound weight loss goal.
