Hey everyone my name is Antney! I’m new to the JRD community! I’ve followed the Jump Rope Dudes on YouTube for the last year or two and finally made the decision to do the thing! I started about two weeks ago with the Get lean rope from cross rope and loved it so Much I got the get strong set and a jump rope mat!
I started at 301.6 lbs and in the now 3 weeks that I’ve been doing this I’ve lost 8lbs and have felt more better about my self every single day!
Get out there and do the thing!!
