No more Caribbean jumping …. for now! I had the opportunity to jump at Mayan Riviera, Isla Cozumel, and Cancun. Today I am back in my basement with snow and ice outside! 😂🥶
Also, another never have I ever! Lost weight while on a 3 week all inclusive vacation! It was only one pound but I usually gain 3-5 lbs! I owe it to my intermittent fasting nutrition plan, jump rope (almost) daily, scuba diving, and beach walking. Life is great as a JRoD!
