For an "extra" workout, I chose one of the Plyo program workouts, and it was one with one-minute's worth of double-unders each circuit. Question for all the double-under beasts: Are any of you actually doing unbroken DU's for a full minute? I did 50 consecutive and then just reg bounce for the last 30 seconds, which felt like a lot. I guess next time I try to get 55; once I can do that, try to get 60, etc.? Just curious if anyone is already crushing this, as it seems like a lot!!!
