Only ate eggs and bacon yesterday and was craving some cereal (honey nut cheerios btw) which I haven’t had in a long time. In my 20’s I used to have an issue binge eating cereal. Last night I ate 2 bowls and will eat 2 bowls max per day until the box is done. Sometimes I throw the box away after one bowl just because I know my body doesn’t need it. Still might throw the box away today. A bit Wasteful? Maybe. But don’t lie to yourself. Things like cereal is garbage for your body. Just a bunch of sugar. The carbs will be put to use today when I’m surfing and doing my jump rope workout but this isn’t a habit I’ll be getting back into. Just wanted to share 🤘🏻
