PowerCal Chal Week 3 is underway! I’m ngl, but this was mechanically very hard for me. I have not done the shuffle before so had to start out with Dan on You Tube to try and learn the step. I was able to get the basic jump ok and practiced throughout the wod doing that. The actual shuffle will come in time.
