Hi Jump Rope Dudes nation, I hope this question finds you all safe and well.
I’m about to begin week 3 of the push-up programme. It’s blimmin’ intense ( in a good way ), with my question being about the huge progression in push-up quantity each week.
Before I began the programme I assumed the 25, 50, 75, 100 increase would be spread throughout each week, but shocked when I realised it’s a daily increase. This seems excessive so there has to be some science behind this right? 🤗 Please educate me 🤭
