Today was a big struggle.

Those 25 pushups, 50 per set is no joke!

Forgot headphones at home so no music. Gym absolutely packed today for some reason. Energy low from yesterdays sesh

At the end of set 2 I was like should just pack up and go home but pushed through completed the 3 sets
