So today turned out to become a recovery day, tight calf’s! 🤷🏻♂️
But knowing I can always swap in a longer morning walk keeps me active I do truely believe walking is the best medicine 🙏🏻
Recently upped the intensity in my workouts but haven’t changed anything in regards to recovery so that’s next 😁
