First rest day of the weekend. I made some pancakes from scratch and had bacon as well - was amazing! I don't eat much (if at all) for breakfast during the week as I try to fast, but in the weekends I've found if I do I keep up to my regiment during the week. Not completely taking things away, just finding a balance.
I picked up some strawberries today and had that with one of my protein shakes for lunch and then a chicken wrap for dinner.
Tomorrow I'm going out to lunch but I'm looking forward to the protein! Then, preparing for week 9! I'll probably stop at the grocery on the way into work Monday to grab some fruit for the week!
My new protein drinks are great, taste like vanilla ice cream frappes and have a bunch of protein!
