I have a question. To lose weight, what is more efficient? To skip fast with the 1/4 rope or skip slower but heavier with the 1/2 rope?
The reason I ask is cause I just finished the jrd max with the 1/4lb and I was thinking of re doing it. I'm not sure if I should try it again with the 1/4 and go for faster skips or upgrade to a weighted vest + 1/2 lb rope with my normal skip speed
