I’ve been jumping for close to 4 weeks now. The first week I did 3 days a week 30iwh minutes a day. The next 3 weeks were 4days a week 30ish minutes a day and 1000 skips minimum. And now today I’ll be starting the JRD 90! 5 days a week!
I’ll be taking my day 1 progress picture after work today! I’m excited to start this up! I’ve been really enjoying doing the thing and I’ve loved how I’ve been feeling!
Things are falling into place and I’m loving it. Sorry for the long post just happy:) for the first time in a While!
