Starting up my last week of month 1 of the heavy rope program… smack dab in the middle of the week! 😁
Feeling good and sweaty! Really focused on upping the speed during the 1/4lb sections, and managed to consistently get at least 70 skips per 30 seconds, which made for an awesome sweat! 1/2lb wasn’t too far behind that skip count too, which is really exciting to see as well! Hope everyone finds the time to do the thing today! 🔥
