Starting week 2 of the heavy rope program of month 2. Day 1 is in the books, and I managed to beat a couple numbers from last week!
840/1000 1lb skips - which is up an extra 40 skips (yay!), 350/500 2lb skips, and I managed to finish all 100 pushups - on the knees - for this workout! š¤©
