The last few workouts, my thoughts have been grinding. What came out is a suggestion for a workout series for days we don’t have time. Have workouts lasting 5, 10 and 15 minutes. Get creative. Maybe go 5 minutes straight with Dan mixing up different skills. Or 5 minute HIIT using the 2 pound rope. One of the workout in JRD Max already has a 15 minute(+/-) of jumping without a prolonged rest period. Make short, but sweet(?) workouts for days I don’t have time. Maybe call it “I don’t have time today” workouts. I am sure the community could make suggestions.
The workouts may never get used, but the exercise in creativity making these workouts can be incorporated into other workout programs.
Some feedback, the JRD Max workouts for the first month are very balanced. The format allows all levels to push themselves. I like the follow along format. The warm up is good. I do incorporate single leg swings and hanging from my chin up bar and stretch on my own afterward. I have found sitting in my homemade near infrared light hut very beneficial for recovery.
