Summer Shred Round 2 W4D5 + walk
Round 2 is officially completed! In total I lost 8 lbs, but overall I feel better, less bloated, my clothes feel better and I have more strength. Yes getting up early before work is tough, really tough, but I pushed for myself. I'm going to start another challenge Monday, want to do another 4 week one. Do I do a round 3 - or something else? What would you all suggest? :)
