Cardio / strength dumbell preworkout ingredients : eaa ( wide amonioacid profile and I think regeneration better), msm plus collagen ( maybe placebo but I feel less joint pain after workout ) , creatine ( strength) , beta alanine ( endurance ) , optional coffee ristretto.
Better buy alone and mix as you wish
