The more I keep doing this fitness thing the more I realize how simple this is (or can be). To clear I’m not saying it’s easy for everyone to do. I just mean losing weight and feeling good requires just a few habits and not tons of strenuous exercise or eating food you hate. Most of my meals now are very simple. Like this one. I just did 50 pull-ups, 100 pushups, got some eggs, coffee, bread. Going to walk. I skipped yesterday so won’t today. Probably get a big piece of fish or steak later. I realize that they key to feeling good is consistent movement, muscle engagement, eating real food, and just not overeating. Just some thoughts. Happy Sunday yall.
