This is such a humbling program, especially for people who still think that JR is a warmup. ๐Ÿ˜…This program is also meant for creating and smashing PRs! Never have I ever done a 4000 jump workout before, but today I did! And it was not anywhere n ar as gruelling as I expected. As you can see, I took just over 40 min to complete, but now I have a goal of beating 40 min next week. And a great cardio blast! I love it!!
