Decided to do a jump rope and dumbbell workout with Dan this morning. Did it once through as Dan does. Second time through subbed in tricep curls, bent over rows, butterflies and plank. This workout used to just crush me not even nine months ago. Now itβs easy-peasy. Feeling so good. Getting stronger every day, little by little. Letβs get it, friends. πͺπβ€οΈ
