| Jump Rope Dudes

Today was my second time around doing the jump rope + pushup ladder in the heavy rope program. Every time I start this one, and I get through the 1/4lb section, I think to myself that there’s absolutely no way I’m going to make it back down the ladder with the 1lb rope. I’m so pumped that I’ve surprised myself both times doing this workout, that I made it all the way down doing 100 skips in each 1lb set. This week I was only about 2 minutes behind Dan! Happy Friday dudes and dudettes! ⛅️
