So took Monday and Tuesday and decided to do some longer AM walks with my dog. Just shy of 20k steps on those days, not too shabby if I say so myself 🙂
Back with the ropes today, and I think I might need to go down a rope size. Using the ‘L’ normally and just tried out the ‘S’ I got my wife. Works OK but not ideally, so hopefully I get the AMP’s with medium ropes for my birthday (end of November) 🙏🏻
