Tuesday tabata! Didn't get to my goal of 450 total DUs in the workout, but improved from 420 last time to 430 this time. Doing 30 every time is hard! I just tried to concentrate on my form and not get in my head that it was difficult. We'll see if I can improve upon 430. Time will tell. I'll be back in NYC again starting tomorrow, so it'll be freezing cold early morning workouts in Prospect Park for me. Who's in? : )
