It is hard ... but my benchpress is improving πͺ before the JRDMAX I could do 2* 40 kg, than I improved to 3x 12* 40 kg ... and last weekend ... My PR 2*, 2*, 5*, 2* 50 kg πͺπͺπͺ
Yeah, it helps even if I hate it π
