W3D2 done! I'm getting a bit of a twinge in my Achilles tendon so will start to add a bit of yoga to see if that will help strengthen it. I know it's because I've jumped right in (sorry not sorry) with these workouts, but the way I feel after means I really don't want to have to stop. Just to say this isn't a pain, it's just a bit of a twinge, so I'm not going to injure myself. I will be a bit sensible 😜
