JRDNation - WERD. I hope everyone is well and getting the weekend off to a great start!! I have been doing JRD90 and started IF (16:8) a few weeks ago. I also track calories/Macros in My Fitness App. I have gained 1 - 2 pounds for 3 weeks in a row. What the Heck?!?!?!?!?! I am trying to lose, not gain. I do know that I am hungry a lot and usually don't come close to eating all my recommended calories. Can I not be eating enough? Do I need to pack more calories into the same eating window? I really like the benefits of IF (I've read a lot about it and listen to Huberman's podcasts & YouTube) but maybe I take that out of the equation and focus on eating enough and continue with the workouts, etc? Maybe I need to speak with a nutritionist. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.
