Great workout! My legs were still sore from Wednesday so those jumping lunges and squat holds were killer! Probably gonna feel that in the morning! lol. Love feeling it the next day though.
Going to take the next week to work on some jump rope skills (Double Unders and Cross Overs),
After that Iโm thinking Iโm going to start the JRD90 program (Although Iโm also debating the Dumbbell Plan; or Swole Samurai; or Push-up Challenge)
