Now this one’s a bit more indulgent ngl so I wouldn’t eat this every day. But… it was my only meal besides fruit and some veggies earlier in the day and it is soooo delicious. Lots of protein carbs and fat. I also worked out twice today. Point being… don’t eat this all the time but yeah this was amazing and packed with good recovery nutrients. Have a good day y’all 🤙🏼
