Well guys, I spent the weekend thinking about what JR program I should do next. I almost decided on Shredded Ninja (it’s the only one I haven’t done yet) but made the decision to do JRD90 one more time. Many of you are doing it now and so I thought I’d join the crowd! 😅I believe that JRD90 is the best program overall and so why not do it again. Did the benchmarks today: pull up from dead hang, 2 (been months since I did a Pull up): Push ups, 32; Plank, 3:32; and endurance with 1/4 lb, 1:29 (I’m embarrassed!😳). Was not a good day for endurance I guess😂🤣! I’m trying to remember when we first did this program ……. Was it 2 or 3 years ago? Time is sure flying by!
