Well, I finally started Day 1 of the 7-day challenge this morning. It was tough honestly. I have been mainly walking on incline treadmill for a while. Very little upper body work for a while. So this morning was tough. Do you all recommend going on to Day 2 or should I repeat Day 1? I want to make sure I do this slowly to re-acclimate my body to jumping so that I donβt get overly sore or injured.
Sorry for the seemingly rediculous questions ( Apple Watch exercise algorithm, workout day 1 or go on). I am very new to this and want to do it right.
