You’re going to hear me talk abt these 10 things over and over again. Most of them you’ve heard us talking about for years but trying to be even more specific and direct. If you can master all or most of these things it’s going to give you pretty much 90-95% of your results. Everything else is just fancy fitness marketing. Comment and let’s chat.
MOVE
-30/40 min jump rope hiit workouts 5-6x per week
-bodyweight exercises (push-ups / pull-ups) to build muscle / increase metabolism
-walking getting outside / other outdoor activities
EAT
-fats, carbs, protein are all important / common sense diet
-fasting most of morning (or just making sure you keep within your calorie amount)
-count calories at first until you understand
-being able to cook 5-10 delicious meals will make getting lean much easier
LIVE
-sleep 7-8 hours
-drink 90-120oz water
-alcohol is fine in moderation but will greatly slow your ability to lose fat and build muscle
