Hey JRD fam, need some advice. I'm planning my soon to be 10th grader's PE program for the fall. We're long time homeschoolers and he's finally at the age where we can lift some weights together for P.E. I started in 10th grade years ago to get away form "girl's" gym with folk dancing 🤮
Anyway, he certainly doesn't need to lose weight, he's very lean, but he does need to build some strength. I plan to start with the 7 day Beginner Challenge. After that, any suggestion on what next?
I'll be training with him, so I'll be able to watch for anywhere he needs to modify.
