You can try negative pull ups. Start from the up position and try to lower yourself slowly

Hey everybody. Just finished 30 min workout and sweaty AF 😅😅.
Any tips on how i can do the double unders consecutively? My rhythm right now is 3 regular bounce followed by double under.
