First week was a challenge, I was able to get through each workout without any problems. The only thing was the heat. I love working out outside however, there were 2 days were I almost passed out. So definitely making sure I have a gallon of water next to me

Honestly the first 2 rounds were pretty smooth, it wasn’t until round 3 that my body started to struggle. But I pushed through 💪🏽

Summer challenge W1 D4 done

A bit of transparency: I’ve had an on-and-off relationship with working out, and honestly, it was frustrating to be paying for a subscription that I wasn’t even using. The most I’d go consistently jumping rope was about 2-3 weeks. But this month, I made a drastic decision: I would cancel my JRD membership for the following month unless I worked out 5 times each week for this entire month. My canceling is not a knock on the app (I know the workouts are effective); however, this is to give myself accountability, knowing if I’m going to invest in this, I have to be ALL in. So far, so good. I’m going to finish strong and reach my goal.
