Total Body Torch W2 D3: Done, time to get some sleep

Total body torch W2:D2 Done it was kind cold outside (by Florida standards) so I decided to to the thing inside. Either way I burned, and I’m drenched!!

Total body torch W2:D1 done. I want to throw up!!! God this one pushed me to my limit. So glad I got it done.

Total body torch W1 D5 done: I understand it now!!!! I’m locked in. It’s over

Total body torch W1 D4: ✅ Soreness is gone, body is starting to feel strong again

Total body torch W1 D3 done. Body is on 🔥 but feeling less sore. Moral of the story, move your body.
