Body torchchallenge W1 D1 done!! Feels good to feel pain again. Happy 2025

Push up challenge W1 D1 done: I managed to finish the power Calisthenics challenge the last couple of days. Today, I started with they push up challenge. I really want to build my strength and do 50 non stop pushups by the end of this challenge. I’m going for it all.

PC W4 D2 done: I’m a bit late to the game, but I showed up for me. Finishing strong.

PC W4 D2 Done: another day, another dollar!! We did the thing now I can sleep

PC W4 D1 Done: what a workout!!!! I felt pain in all the right places, can’t wait for Day 2 🤗

PC W3 D5 Done: got in got out, no question asked. LG

PC W3 D4 Done: another smooth cardio session. So smooth that I went for a small run post workout

PC W3 D3 Done: kettlebell weights are no joke!! But, we got through it; feeling really good about finishing the week off strong.

PC W2 D2 Done: loong day yesterday but we did the thing around 11 so we lit!!!
