I wish that the JRDMAX program where out when I was a beginner, because it is only jumping rope and Push Up and pull/chin up. And for me as lazy a chessplayer I can do it. πŸ’ͺ There are no crunches in month 1 only Leg raises in the warm Up. I do the assisted chin ups because I can not do the normal ones yet. ,πŸ‘ Give it a try πŸ‹οΈπŸ‹οΈπŸ‹οΈ

Maybe you download the video when you have good WLAN. Later you can watch it offline. πŸ‘ For me it works like this perfect because the WLAN at the gym is very bad.

I do at the moment nearly only cardiotraining. That means JRD MAX program, ropeskipping ( tricks and acrobatic), treadmill and a little benchpress πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈlegpress etc. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Just a little
