My last day in week 2 was hard ... I still had a lot of pain in my legs from a personal training what was my Birthday Gift to myself. 🥵🥵🥵 I took much more time for all the excercises and I was Happy that my weekly ropeskipping class was canceld.

The first day of week 3 was physicly easier but mentally harder. My mind was wandering arround ( back to the chess world cup 🤦🏼‍♀️ ) and of course I mess up with the rope.

Today then the second day of week 3 and slowly I can feel improvements in this months, but still I am struggeling with the program mentally. The jump from month 1 to month 2 was so big, awesome.

Let's See what the next days will bring.

And I am never alone at the gym, it is good to have friends they always have a smile and good advice. 👍💪💪💪

It is killing me ... 🥵🥵🥵

Mentally the fight is much harder than from my fitness level.

After few days off because of the job it is very hard to come back to the flow. This is confusing me and I hope that I find the way back mentally.

And the food ... 😕 Thats smiling so nice and calling "Chanda ... eat eat eat !!!" Thats a monster ... how to control it?

Just Cardio ... My JBL earpods always lost contact to the video 😥😥😥 so I just did 1 min jumping and 30 sec resttime again and again until 40 mins were over. 🥵🥵🥵 And than I saw I did much more 🤦🏼‍♀️ anyway ... thats great.

Let's see what tomorrow will be.

I did it 👍 My arms did not like it because of the ladder yesterday 🥵

The jump squats and lunges I did at the TRX slings because this is easier to hold the balance.

Let's see what the other days will bring.

First month from 3 DONE 💪

My arms 🥵🥵🥵 after this push ups challenge 👍

Anyway ... I did it and the month TWO will start soon.
