My last day in week 2 was hard ... I still had a lot of pain in my legs from a personal training what was my Birthday Gift to myself. 🥵🥵🥵 I took much more time for all the excercises and I was Happy that my weekly ropeskipping class was canceld.
The first day of week 3 was physicly easier but mentally harder. My mind was wandering arround ( back to the chess world cup 🤦🏼♀️ ) and of course I mess up with the rope.
Today then the second day of week 3 and slowly I can feel improvements in this months, but still I am struggeling with the program mentally. The jump from month 1 to month 2 was so big, awesome.
Let's See what the next days will bring.
And I am never alone at the gym, it is good to have friends they always have a smile and good advice. 👍💪💪💪
